How do we operate?
Our staff is comprised of 9 full-time workers and many student leaders, which we call counselors. The full-time staff works year-round, ministering to the youth of Romania and preparing for events. While our counselors teach Bible studies, mentor disciples, as well as meet us throughout the year to serve at events such as sport tournaments and camps.
LIFE Romania has many different departments: Leadership, Finances, Sports/Recreation, Bible Studies, Discipleship, Follow-Up, Creative Arts and Media. Of these departments, each one is run by various members of our staff.

Operations Manager
“With time passing by I realized the importance of a Christian environment and the need to work for Him, for Whom gave me life. It is a joy for me to serve Lord with all the gifts He has given me. More than that it is a privilege for me to be part of Lord Family and to serve together for the expansion of His Kingdom.”

Andrei Corneliu Dedeu
Discipleship Coordinator
“Since I was saved by Christ at the age of 16, I have dedicated my life to His service, in reaching unsaved souls, for the God who saved mine. My pastor likes to say that worship is simply saying “Yes” to God, and that is what I seek to do all my life, as I serve Him. God has been my light, first by being the saving light of my dark life, but also being a light of hope in hard seasons. I pray and seek to be a tool that reflects the light of His glory to people who need the Gospel, and need hope (2 Samuel 22:29).”

Daria Pantilimon
Discipleship and Marketing Coordinator
“Going to church was something that i was used to, it became so normal that it did not mean anything to me. My parents are believers, and they taught me Gospel since very young, but at the age of 16, during the pandemic, i accepted Jesus into my heart.
Because i was all day in the house it was hard to find a ministry to get involved with, but the Lord is good and gracious and He is never late, His timing is perfect. I was invited to attend the online bible studies that LifeRomania is organizing and i started to serve and learn more about serving.
I got more and more involved, being a counselor, a volunteer and an intern. I got the amazing opportunity to go to the Bible Institute and learn what does it mean to be a missionary and how ministry relates to everything that we do in the day to day life.”

Alina Pop
Discipleship Coordinator
“I was invited at church when I was little. I understood that I’m a sinner and God loved me, died for me to pay my sins and ressurected from death and now He is alive.
I accepted Christ to be my Savior, but I went through hardships and I left the church.
I lived led by fear and I just saw how lost I am when I am far from my Savior. Then I heard something that touched my heart: the truth that God never gave up on me.
Even if I tried to run from God He was holding me during this time, taking care of me. When I heard that He still loves me and wants me, I couldn’t stay far from this kind of love anymore- a love that never gives up on you.
He put the desire in my heart to serve Him for the rest of my life in everything I will do, He is working in me now and He gives me opportunities to serve Him, like the opportunity to serve God with Life Romania.”
