What is a MIA Caravan?
MIA Caravans exists to help strengthen local churches, pastors, and our camp counselors by partnering with them to help them continue to reach their communities for Christ and to make disciples who will make disciples. It is a type of “Backyard Bible Club” meets “VBS” style of camp happening all across Romania, in order to help strengthen the local church and fulfill the Great Commission.
Goals
1. Create and strengthen partnerships with churches and pastors
2. Reach the next generation with the Gospel
3. Connect youth to their local churches
4. Raise-up disciples who make disciples
5. Invite youth to participate at Camp MIA

How can you serve?
Ideally, each team coming to a MIA Caravan is around 12-20 students + leaders.
That way, everyone is doing something.
1. Caravan Captain
Main contact person between American and MIA Team, deals with the organization of the caravan.
2. Spiritual Leader
Be ready to teach Evangelistic messages to all age groups. Have captivating 10-15 min sermons and decide who shares their testimony. Initiate prayer moments with the team and encourage them!
3. Soccer Tournament Titan
Set-up the Soccer Tournament. Make sure you have everything you need for it: a referee, a score-keeping person, balls, team shirts. Keep track of the rules, and explain them to the participants.
4. Games Guru
Come up with fun, interesting indoor and outdoor games for youths and younger children. Each VBS style program will start with games, so be prepared with tons of them! Make sure you have and set up all the materials you need for each game before the program starts.
5. Skit Master
Find/come up with fun, interesting, captivating skits and dramas based on the main theme of the Caravan. Make sure they have a clear Evangelistic message which both kids and youths will understand.
6. Craft Coordinator
Make sure you prepare 2 to 3 crafts for youths and kids that they can take home. Have all the materials you need ready and think of a fun presentation of the craft.
7. Worship Coordinator
Whether it is a classic worship song or a song with signs, you oversee it. Organize the worship team, think of the playlist, lead with passion. Think of a Youtube playlist that can be played during the Soccer Tournament as well.
8. Photo/Social Media
